A GROUP of cyclists arrived in Scarborough at the end of a 216-mile ride to raise cash for charities.
The seven men rode from Hitchin, in Hertfordshire, over four days, on a trandem (three-seater cycle) and two tandems.
All members or friends of Hitchin Rotary Clubs, they are aiming to raise £10,000 to be shared between the National Autistic Society, the Prostate Cancer Charity and Keech Cottage hospice, in Luton. So far they have raised or have been promised around £8,400.
The seven spent the first night at Whittlesey, near Peterborough, the second at Woodhall Spa, Lincs, and the third near the Humber Bridge.
