THEATREGOERS will be taken from West End to Broadway in a show by that name tomorrow.

To be performed at the Futurist Theatre in Scarborough, it is described by the promoters as “a fresh revitalising theatre production incorporating a top-quality, high-energy, 10-strong cast of talented performers.

“They present a scintillating selection of timeless classic hit shows such as Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera and Chicago, as well as introducing high-octane box-office hit shows such as Hairspray, Jersey Boys and Dreamgirls,” the promoters say.

The show incorporates “unique choreography, complex vocal arrangements, spectacular visual performance and stunning costume design, all entwined with an explosive feel-good factor.

“Moving with the times and adding a modern twist guarantees West End to Broadway is a fun-packed experience which can be enjoyed and appreciated by all ages.”

It is being presented by Explosive Productions in association with Blockbookers.

West End to Broadway is due to start at 7.30pm.

The show was postponed from September 17.
