Air ambulance call out update: Man found dead in Bridlington

Police were called to St Johns Avenue in Bridlington at around 11am following reports of concerns for the safety of a man.

They have confirmed today that a man was found dead at the address.

His death is not being treated as suspicious.

His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by police.

A Lincs and Notts air ambulance helicopter was spotted near Brett Street yesterday morning.

A spokesperson for Yorkshire Air Ambulance said they had been alerted at 10.10am but their helicopters were unavailable to attend.
