The first beer and art festival in Scarborough will take place this month.
The Rotary Club of Scarborough Cavaliers joined forces with the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) to organise the event, which is held over three days starting on Thursday 13 October.
The event at the Old Parcels Office is expected to attract crowds of around 2,000 people.
Jonathan Knight, president of the Rotary Club said: “Working in partnership with CAMRA is a new venture for the club but we are hoping to raise much needed funds for four local charities.”
CAMRA’s festival chairman Les Gallienne said: “We are delighted to be staging the town’s first beer festival in association with the Rotary Club and will have 60 real ales and 18 ciders and perrys from across the country.
“Rotary members will be running a charity corner with tombola and pub games at the festival.”
