Another landslip at Knipe Point, Scarborough, has left another three properties at risk of being condemned.
The slippage on Monday has left a bungalow belonging to Scarborough artist Kane Cunningham perilously close to the edge.
Mr Cunningham, who bought the house as a studio and art project said that he now expects the building to be demolished - and plans to make sculptures from the rubble.
Malcolm Pirks, chairman of Knipe Point Residents’ Association, said: “It’s worrying for people that live on the edge. I’m only four doors away.
“You don’t know whether you’ll be here next year or even next week.”
Residents are currently waiting to hear whether the properties will have to be knocked down.
