EXPANSION is underway at a Scarborough recruitment agency with a move to bigger offices and the growth of its team.

Fusion Resources Ltd has left its base of four years in St Nicholas Street, and moved to a new five-storey office in Alma Square.

At the same time the firm has taken on a new recruitment consultant, Lorraine Jones.

Branch manager Cher Atkinson said: “Fusion has seen such growth over the years we could no longer operate at our offices in St Nicholas Street and needed much larger premises to accommodate the expansion of our team and for future growth.

“We are really happy with our new site.

“We now have five floors of office space, which includes conference facilities should any of our clients wish to utilise for meetings.

“In addition to our move we are also pleased to announced that Lorraine Jones has joined our team.

“Lorraine has many years of experience and is an asset to our dynamic team.”

Ms Jones added: “I am really happy to have joined such a progressive recruitment agency which maintains a friendly, professional service to businesses in the local area.”

Fusion Resources Ltd was founded in 2003 by its managing director Miss Tanya Atkinson.

It has since grown to cover the Yorkshire coast, specialising in temporary and permanent vacancies in the industrial, technical and commercial fields.
