THINGS heated up for a Scarborough business during a special relaunch night.

Castle Interiors, in Castle Road, invited customers old and new to a cookery demonstration to celebrate the new-look store.

On hand for the night was home economist Ann Reynolds from appliance manufacturer Neff, which is stocked in store.

Ms Reynolds cooked a variety of products demonstrating how the appliances work.

Chris Dawson, interior designer at Castle Interiors, said: “As part of our relaunch we have a brand new kitchen display.

“The kitchen is fully working and we wanted to show it off at its best so invited the home economist along.

“She cooked up a storm and everyone had a great night tasting the treats and finding out more about the products.

“It was a very informative evening.”

The relaunch of Castle Interiors has also included new facias on the front of the building, with a new design and new signage.

The business has been trading for 20 years, and also has stores in Bridlington and Hull.
