Half a decade of business has been celebrated by a Scarborough design company with the production of a fifth birthday book.

Fitzpatrick Design, based at Woodend, marked its fifth anniversary with an illustrated book, detailing the work the studio has produced since it was founded in 2007.

Creative director Neil Fitzpatrick said: “We’ve just completed five years and we wanted to do something special to mark the occasion.”

“A book is a great way to commemorate all the work we’ve done and it is also a way of saying ‘thank you’ to our colleagues and clients.”

Fitzpatrick Design was started in Mr Fitzpatrick’s back bedroom while he was studying for an MA in Design at the University of Leeds. The business moved into Woodend Creative Workspace in 2008 and nowworks with many of the country’s leading hospitality brands.
