Scarborough TV star Brendan Sheerin - of Coach Trip fame - is appealing for single men and women to appear on his new dating show.
Brendan’s Love Boat is setting sail next month and the show is hoping that people from the Scarborough area will get on board.
Following the success of Channel 4’s Coach Trip - a reality show where people travel across Europe with Brendan as their guide - producers Optomen are now wanting to find people who are looking for love.
The show will see participants board a luxury cruise liner on the trip of a lifetime around the Mediterranean - all expenses paid.
A spokesman said: “Optomen is making a new series for Channel 4 with Brendan Sheerin and we are looking for people to come away on holiday with us.
“This show is all about the business of dating, having fun in the sun and most importantly finding love on your holidays.
“We are on a nationwide hunt for single men and women. We are looking for confident, genuine people from all walks of life for a brand new dating show on a cruise ship.
“If you are open, outgoing and want to try something new this year, then apply now as we are setting sail in October!
“Whether you are young, old, rich or poor, Brendan’s Love Boat is going to take you on a holiday of a lifetime - no expense spared.”
