ORGANISATIONS are being invited to apply for a share of around £3,000 which was raised last month during Scarborough Round Table’s annual sleigh pull.

It took place during the first two weeks of December and Ben Kitto, the organisation’s community service officer said that once again people in the area had been very generous – and the cash would be put back into the community.

He added: “We would like to take this opportunity to invite any organisations who would like a share of the funds to apply to the Round Table and explain why they would like funds and what the funds will do in terms of helping their particular organisation or group.”

The focus will be on children and young people and all applications for funds should be made following the application process by visiting www.scarboroughrt88.org and downloading the application form.

Applications, or recommendations, should be submitted to charity@scarboroughrt88.org by February 28.
