Charity dance night at Anglers’ Club

Fundraisers are inviting people to dance the night away in a charity event taking place on Tuesday May 7.

Scarborough Anglers’ Club member Derick Jude has organised the bash which will play host to popular town band The Shamrockers, although there’s set to be plenty of other dances in store in addition to Irish jigs.

The dance night, which starts at 7.30pm and finishes around 11pm, is being held in aid of Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

A representative from the charity will be giving a talk about the services it provides and information on how people can support it.

Yorkshire Air Ambulance gifts will also be available to buy and a raffle will be held.

The event takes place at the club base in Friars Way, admission is £3 on the door, all are welcome.
