AYTON Ladies Choir will sing their hearts out at Queen Street Central Hall tonight.

Regular performers at the church, they have a varied programme of music and recitations.

Their usual conductor is ill so will be replaced by Tony Turner, whose wife Liz will play accompaniment.

Tenor Eleven will sing at the church next Wednesday.

The 11 tenors rehearse each week at South Cliff Methodist Church. The two performances are due to begin at 7.45pm.

Shows coming up at the church include one by James Aconley on 3 September. Tickets cost £7 per adult and £5 for under-18s, including refreshments, and can be booked by ringing organiser Sheena Dunnington on (01723) 376328.
