YOUNGSTERS from a Scarborough nursery took a walk on the wild side as they were visited by a collection of creepy crawlies.
The Zoolab animal handling workshop called in at Buttercups Nursery in Nelson Street as part of the youngsters’ animals topic.
Deputy manager Vicky Hurst said: “They got to hold or touch tarantulas, snakes and poison frogs. The younger ones seemed to have less fear than the older children. But it was a real success.”
