SIX people have appeared in court for an alleged attack.
Seven people in total are facing charges of affray and assault in relation to the incident on November 1, last year.
Peter Deighton, 18 of Clark Street, Sammy-Jo Jackson, 18, of New Queen Street, Keith Mackinder, 20, of Barrowcliff Road, all appeared at Scarborough Magistrates facing both charges.
Mackinder is also charged with making threats to kill.
Alongside them in court was David Deighton, 21, of Clark Street, Philip Spink, 21, of Gouldings Close, and a youth who cannot be named for legal races, all charged with affray.
Spink, who appeared in custody, also faces four charges of possession of a class B drug, one charge of possession of a class A drug, and a charge possession of a firearm.
Luke O’Neil, 18, of Clark Street, was due to appear but was remanded in custody on separate matters.
They are yet to enter pleas and their cases were adjourned until May 27, with all except Spink and O’Neil being granted conditional bail.
