Samantha Nichol, 23, of Trafalgar Road: addition of two days specified activities to address motivation for failing to comply with the requirements of a community order.
John Onions, 54, of New Queen Street: community order for 12 months, with 60 hours unpaid work, plus £50 costs for theft.
Andrew Whitehead, 25, of Durham Street: fined £100, with £60 compensation and £15 costs for criminal damage and threatening behaviour.
Robert McConnell, 31, of Porritt Lane, Irton: banned from driving for 42 months, community order, with three months curfew, plus £85 costs for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.
Damien Austin, 29, of Castlegate, Malton: restraining order, community order, with four months curfew, plus £100 compensation for assault.
Shaun Daniel, 27, of no fixed abode: prison for six months for fraud and commission of a further offence before having served a sentence in full.
Paul Hindle, 32, of Castle Road: conditionally discharged for 12 months, plus £85 costs for being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
Nicholas Ingram, 44, of Avenue Victoria: prison for 12 weeks for persistently using a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another.
David Burns, 49, of Cayton Bay: banned from driving for 48 months, community order for 12 months, with 300 hours unpaid work, plus £85 costs for drink driving.
Kay Farrell, 63, of Pickering: three penalty points, fined £30 and £60 costs for failing to comply with a vehicular light signal.
Scott North, 28, of Westwood Gardens: conditionally discharged for six months, plus £50 compensation and £85 costs for assault.
Corey Stabler, 18, of Fletton Road, Norton: six penalty points, fined £525, with £90 costs for driving without insurance.
Laura Brady, 19, of Briercliffe: community order, with 160 hours unpaid work, plus £5.50 compensation and £85 costs for making off without payment and failing to surrender to bail.
Simon Fletcher, 22, of Goathland: six penalty points, fined £200 and £60 costs for driving without insurance.
Robert Limehouse, 37, of Blands Cliff: prison for four months, suspended for 24 months, fined £85 and £15 costs for criminal damage and commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order.
Damian Oldfield, 36, of Murchison Street: fined £100 and £100 costs for theft.
Peter Rose, 37, of Columbus Ravine: community order, with 140 hours unpaid work, plus £85 costs for theft.
Mark Millions, 41, of Beck Lane, Cloughton: fined £80 and £100 costs for threatening behaviour.
Karl Laycock, 30, of West Avenue, Filey: fined £65 and £15 costs for possessing a knife in a public place and possessing cannabis.
Lee Moore, 21, of Dundas Gardens, Whitby: banned from driving for 18 months, fined £150 and £100 costs for drink driving, driving without insurance and cannabis possession.
Algimantas Donauskas, 18, of Sandybed Lane: banned from driving for 18 months, fined £200, with £100 costs for drink driving.
Steven Noble, 26, of Oxcliff: prison for two months for theft, resisting a police officer and possessing cannabis.
