A SCARBOROUGH man who has been charged with intent to supply Class A drugs has had his case committed to York Crown Court.
Darren Chesterton, of Queen’s Parade, is alleged to have possessed heroin and cocaine.
The 41-year-old is said to have committed the offence in Esplanade Gardens, Scarborough, on January 20.
Chesterton, who appeared a Scarborough Magistrates’ Court, will appear at York Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing which is scheduled to take place on December 19.
His unconditional bail was extended until that date.
