A MAN has been remanded in custody as he awaits trial on harassment and burglary charges.
George Eves, 56, of St Mary’s Walk, denies three counts of harassment by breaching a restraining order and one count of burglary.
The latest hearing took place on Friday.
Eves, a former fisherman, is alleged to have committed the offences between December last year and March this year.
Committal proceedings will take place at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on April 27.
His trial will take place at York Crown Court.
