A SCARBOROUGH man has appeared in court facing charges of affray, drink driving and possession of an offensive weapon.
Edward Michael Harrison, 33, of Stepney Grove, is alleged to have used or threatened unlawful violence towards another in Barker’s Lane, Snainton, on January 22.
He is also charged with driving a Fiat Diablo van while under the influence and being in possession of a carving knife at the same location.
The case was adjourned until May 16 when a plea and case management hearing will be held at York Crown Court.
Harrison remains on conditional bail.
