Voyeur set to be sentenced

A MAN who ran a Scarborough guest house and spied on a couple through holes he drilled in a bedroom door is due to be sentenced today.

Paul Williams, 59, now of Greenwood Avenue in Hull, watched a couple having sexual intercourse at the Sandsea guest house in Devonshire Drive on May 14.

He also recorded them on an audio device.

He pleaded guilty to charges of voyeurism and observing a private act for sexual gratification last month.

The case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. Williams was warned he could face jail.
