A 28-year-old woman is to face trial by jury after pleading not guilty to a charge of stealing hundreds of pounds from her own grandmother.
Kerry Ann Jones is accused of stealing £830 from her 71-year-old grandma who lives in Scarborough.
The alleged stealing is said to have taken place in Scarborough between June 7 and 11 last year.
Jones, who lives in High Hazel Road, Doncaster, will next appear for trial at York Crown Court on December 14.
She was bailed until then on condition that she does not contact prosecution witnesses.
