SATURDAY morning theatre is back for children across Scarborough this summer.

Tiny Tame Tales is returning to the Stephen Joseph Theatre for another year of shows.

This summer they are performing Marky and the Mad Dogs Magical Mystery Tour, written and directed by Cheryl Govan.

Members of the Stephen Joseph Youth Theatre perform the interactive tales for children with singing, dancing and stories every week.

The story follows a rock ‘n’ roll band that enters a magical world.

The cast features actors Ernest Acquah, Jonny Neaves, Nadia Imam and Martin Barker, who were out in their ‘magical’ campervan on Scarborough’s South Bay over the weekend to promote the show.

The shows will include music from Cee Lo Gree, Lady Gaga, Jimi Hendrix, Elton John and Handel, plus more.

Performances take place on Saturday mornings between 9.30am and 10.30am until August 27.
