The annual Honda Goldwings parade attracted hundreds of people to Scarborough’s seafront on Saturday evening.
The 200 or so motorbikes that paraded along Marine Drive, Sandside and Foreshore Road drew admiring looks and comments from the spectators, who earlier in the day could see them close-up in the static display near the lifeboat house.
Organisers have said that this year’s dazzling parade will be the last, due to the huge demands of staging the event, which has become one of Scarborough’s most popular free summer attractions.
Over the years the Goldwing owners have raised over £27,000 for the RNLI from the annual Scarborough visit.
Saturday’s spectacular was followed by a fireworks display in the South Bay, put on by the South Bay Traders Association.
