AN evening stroll with a difference is being hosted by Scarborough’s Dinosaur Coast programme.
The event will take place tonight from 6.30pm to 8pm along the Castle Hill.
Walkers are asked to meet at the Toll House next to East Pier on Marine Drive, near the Tea Pot kiosk.
Participants will be joined by local experts to hunt for evidence of Jurassic life from millions of years ago.
Suitable footwear is advised as the walks will take you along occasionally rocky terrain.
A fossil hunt called Boggle Hole Belemnites is also being held this week, on Thursday from 1pm to 3pm.
Meet on the slipway to the beach just past the Youth Hostel.
These events are suitable for all ages and are part of the Dinosaur Coast programme.
