YOUNGSTERS at a Scarborough school have been making a “Splash” with their latest production.
Around 150 children from St Martin’s School in Holbeck Hill staged a three-night show for parents, family and friends.
The play, titled Splash, tells the story of Noah’s Ark from the point of view of the animals.
Deputy headteacher Andy Duncan said: “The children have been fantastic and a real pleasure to work with.
“It’s been a wonderful project to be involved in from beginning to end and we’ve had some very positive feedback from parents.”
The youngsters, aged seven to 11, have been working on the production since the end of January, rehearsing mainly after school.
Mr Duncan said: “We do a production every year and it’s always something to look forward to.
“Everyone has really pulled together and I would like to thank everyone who has helped out in any way whatsoever.”
