YOUTH charity The Prince’s Trust is calling on Scarborough’s school leavers to sign up for the last few places on a new, free course this summer.
National Citizen Service (NCS) is a scheme for year 11 school leavers to learn new skills, challenge themselves and make a positive impact in their community during the summer holidays.
Sam Kennedy, Prince’s Trust regional director for Yorkshire and The Humber, said: “Places are going quickly for this course, which is set to start in just a few weeks time.”
NCS will be run with The Prince’s Trust and Babcock Enterprise in Scarborough, starting on July 4.
To sign up, visit www.princes-trust.org.uk/ncs or call freephone 0800 842 842.
