SSSSHHHH!

Don’t tell anyone, but these Scarborough school pupils made more than £200 for charity after keeping quiet.

The quartet of Year Seven Scalby School pupils - Jess Arnold, Jorden Birkenshaw, Charlotte Morris and Kacie Brewster - put their fingers to their lips to raise vital funds for The Rainbow Centre.

The charity is the school’s nominated Year Seven chosen benefactor and the girls’ efforts were praised by Year Seven learning manager Kath Baggallay.

She added: “I am very proud of the girls and their achievement.

“This was all their own idea and they did really well.”
