Students are waking up this morning to their A-Level results.
A greater proportion of Scarborough Sixth Form College students have achieved high grades than ever before, according to its principal
“This year’s results show that there were over a thousand A-Level entries by students at the college, and over 53 per cent of entries were awarded A*, A or B,” said Marcus Towse.
“Overall the pass rate was 98 per cent.
“These are excellent results for our students
“I must give credit to our staff who have worked with great focus and energy to enable students to do their best, and also to the support of parents, and to the schools who set them on course for this achievement. “But, in the end, it is the students themselves who have worked hard to attain high grades and it is wonderful to witness the justifiable pride and joy of the students when they discover their results.”
If you are picking up your results this morning then you can send us your A-Level selfies.
Tweet them to @thescarboronews or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, college and results.
