Fire crews were called out in the early hours of Sunday morning to a blaze at Meads Lane in Crossgates, Scarborough.
Two pumps from Scarborough attended the incident at 12.30am and requested back-up from Filey and Sherburn crews.
A spokesperson from North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said: “It was a substantial fire in a wooden compound, causing damage to a couple of caravans, and other vehicles including cars and motorbikes.”
Crews used two jets, a thermal imaging camera and light portable pump to tackle the blaze.
The last crews were away from the incident by 3.10am. Investigations into what caused the fire are still ongoing.
