WALKERS, joggers and runners are invited to take part in the Dalby Dash 10k.
The race through 6.2 miles of forestry is on Sunday November 13 starting at 11.02am.
Race director Darran Bilton said: “Everyone is getting excited by next year’s Olympics and to run a well marshalled and fully supported route through the best scenery that Britain has to offer, adds to the celebration.
“All profits from this year’s race will be donated to Help for Heroes and to Pickering and District Rotary Club charities.”
The race starts and finishes at Low Dalby, with refreshments, free entry to the forest and a free gift to all runners. Entry form can be obtained from Dalby Visitor’s Centre.
There will be two minute’s silence to mark Remembrance Sunday.
