BRITAIN’S Got Talent finalist Julian Smith, left, plays at the Spa Theatre on Friday.
Julian was a finalist in the 2009 series of Britain’s Got Talent, with 700,000 telephone votes and millions of YouTube views.
Since the show, he has played for the Prime Minister and Prince Charles, toured arenas with other BGT finalists and duetted with Kenny G at the Albert Hall.
Julian’s distinctive soprano saxophone has been heard all over the world on Sony’s Classic Chillout series, under his previous stage name Joolz Gianni.
The BGT judges loved him. Simon Cowell called him “a huge talent”, Amanda Holden described him as “absolutely stunning” and Piers Morgan said “We’ve all been completely blown away by you”.
Friday’s show is due to start at 7.30pm.
