A new range of life-long classes aimed at adult learners wishing to study a new language are being launched at Scarborough Sixth Form College.

Starting in September, the courses are aimed particularly for use on holiday or business, offering a range of practical skills. With tutors that include native speakers from France, Italy and Spain, the college offers evening sessions that feature different levels in French, Spanish, Italian and German. French tutor Véronique Bourcier said: “All the sessions have an informal, friendly and relaxed atmosphere where learning a language is an enjoyable experience.”

The courses are held during term time. To find out more call (01723) 380767 or go to http://s6f.org.uk/adult-learning Pictured are Angela Kale, Richard Adams, Adela Perez, Veronique Bourcier, Joanna Oxtoby and Gina Lill 132103b
