Letter: Protect us from gulls’ fearless behaviour

People should be the protected from abnormal behaviour of gulls.
People should be the protected from abnormal behaviour of gulls.

Recently, on a neighbour’s bungalow roof, there were five young gulls with their parents.

These birds have been reared on roof tops and their offspring in the future will have the same instincts.

How long before we are overrun with gulls with their noise and mess let alone their fearless behaviour towards people?

It would appear nets and spikes are expensive and mostly useless.

This is abnormal behaviour of gulls - and people should be the protected species.

Please act on the gulls on buildings!
