IMPROVEMENT of services and acting upon residents’ views have earned an award for a Scarborough-based landlord.
Yorkshire Coast Homes received the accreditation through the Tenant Participation Advisory Service for its work in listening to residents’ views and involving them in decision making throughout its services.
Shaun Tymon Chief Executive said “It is particularly pleasing to get this award as it shows how we are listening to our residents and tailoring services to their needs.
“The award is achieved as a result of all of the positive work we have been doing in partnership with residents to improve services and communities.
“Through working with residents we have introduced some great initiatives that have made positive contributions to the quality of life of people across the borough.
“We are very grateful for the hard work put in by our residents to achieve this and we hope they will continue working with us to make our services even better”.
