Man charged with historic child sex offences
A man has appeared in court charged with historic child sex offences
Gary Boyes, 40, of Charles Street, Blackpool is charged with rape and showing a child images of sexual activity.
He appeared at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on February 9 for alleged offences in North Yorkshire between January 2013 and January 2014.
He will be remanded in custody until March 10 when he will appear at York Crown Court.
