Four youths and two adults have appeared at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court charged with offences relating to the murder of teenager Michael Graham.
The youths, who cannot be named for legal reasons, all faced charges of violent disorder associated with the incident on April 13 in Foreshore Road.
One of them is also charged with assisting an offender.
The adult defendants are Gemma Louise Allbrighton, 23, of Royal Avenue, and Ryan Aaron Lowe, 18, of Falsgrave Road.

The matters were all sent to Teesside Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on July 12. All defendants remain on conditional bail.
A date has been set for the murder trial, also at Teeside Crown Court, for August 27.
