Liam Ormsby has left Scarborough Athletic to take up the role as assistant-manager at Harrogate Railway.

Ormsby, who joined Boro from Tadcaster Albion in pre-season, has been out since August with a broken leg.

He follows Railway's new boss Paul Beesley out of Boro, as he was another of Steve Kittrick's pre-campaign captures.

Beesley said: “His contacts are very good around this level and he's got great coaching experience including his own coaching business.”
