Parent and tots group set to praise town’s top baker

Do you have what it takes to become the Best Scarborough Baker? Find out in the Great Scarborough Bake Off, organised by St Luke’s Mums’ and Tots’ and Toddler Praise group in aid of Ellie’s Fund on Thursday April 25.

Parents and carers with babies are invited to bring in their baked sweet or savoury showstoppers to St Luke’s Church in Stepney Drive, near the hospital traffic lights, before 1.30pm, to be in with a chance of taking the culinary title.

The proof will be in the tasting, from 1.30pm-2.45 pm, with prizes awarded to best adult and best child baker.

All entrants can judge and mark the tasty creations.

A raffle and second-hand book and toy stall will also be held.
