Small animal fosterers wanted: Bridlington RSPCA appeals to community to help support their local branch

The Bridlington RSPCA branch are calling out for small animal fosterers to help reduce the pressure on their stretched thin services.

A spokesperson for the RSPCA said: “We are currently full and always have people needing to bring animals in.

“The role would include looking after small animals such as Rabbits, Guinea pigs and other small animals.

“The fosterer would need to have some experience with small animals and understand the needs and requirements for them.

“Although, the current fosterers are always on hand to help out, give advice and go through the fostering / adoption process.

“The rabbits we look after do need space that meets the requirements for the RSPCA, this would include an area of at least 3 metres by 2 metres.

“We can provide the set up for new fosterers and expenses will also be covered.”
