Hunmanby is set to play host to a popular local music act this weekend.
Raven, a group of vocalists and musicians, will take to the stage at the Community Centre on Saturday September 15.
The line-up also features performances from blues guitarist John Hutchinson and John Watton, and Community Centre committee member Val Monaghan said this is just another example of the group trying to attract “quality” acts to the village.
Previously Val has helped to organise a series of big shows in Hunmanby, and she said: “This is one of a series of events at the centre.
“We’re wanting to get quality events on in the village and are fortunate to have some excellent local musicians in this area.”
Described as mysterious, diverse and earthy, Raven offer a unique blend of music, stories and crunchy chords.
The show incorporates folk, pop and choral music, with artists using an eclectic range of instruments, including keyboards, penny whistles, guitars and even flute congas.
Admission to the concert is £7.50 and tickets are available from Boots in Hunmanby, or by calling Val on (01723) 891514.
