Customers at The Trafalgar pub in Scarborough have raised £300 for Scarborough Mencap.
The money was raised by the social club at the pub, run by landlord Tony Burnard, who has owned The Trafalgar for 28 years.
Donations come mainly from race nights and raffles held at the pub.
Tony Burnard, who was previously the landlord of The Shakespeare pub for 15 years, said both social clubs combined had raised around £500,000 for local charities.
Tony said: “It has to be local charities with us, and by raising money for Scarborough Mencap the money stays in the local area.”
“Many thanks to the people who give their time and donations to support local charities.”
