Cinderella called in to provide some pantomime fun for a Scarborough care home.

A visiting theatre group recently performed a special version of the famous pantomime for residents at St Cecilia’s care home in Stepney Road, Scarborough.

The Tickled Pink Theatre Group staged the show and entertained residents with a riotous mix of songs, slapstick comedy and fun.

Head of Care Jo Edmond said: “Tickled Pink did a great job. All the residents were joining and clapping along and even getting up to join in the dancing from time to time - it was a great afternoon.

“We like to offer the residents something different and they love to see visiting theatre companies who always go down well.”

St Cecilia’s specialises in caring for those with dementia and confusion.
