They will be joined in the next round by Forge Valley, who beat Cloughton by 54 runs.
Valley made it to 254-7 before Cloughton scored 200-8.
Seamer edged out Scarborough by 13 runs in their cup encounter.
S Jenkinson took 2-7 to help ensure Seamer didn’t run away with it as they posted 242-8.
Scarborough were undone by S Semourson (3-13) and H Adams (2-3) as they only managed to make it to 229-9 in reply.
J Seastron (21no) and Toby Jones (14no) helped guide Cayton to a 57-run win against Bridlington.
The pair added crucial runs to help Cayton make it to 277-4 before C Webster claimed 2-6 to ensure Brid could only muster 220-9 batting second.

Flixton Under-15s hammered Bridlington/Sewerby by a huge 89-run margin.
Elliot Hatton, Finlay Ward and Ben Chamberlain all retired having scored 30, while Jake Hatton retired on 31 as Flixton posted 132-0.
Callum Hatton (2-4), Will Smythe (2-2) and Reece Wilson (2-5) then ensured Bridlington/Sewerby fell well short of their target on 43 all out.
