Scarborough’s ever-popular Vintage Fair returns to the Spa Complex this Sunday from 10am to 5pm.

The event will feature more than 60 stalls of vintage clothes, furniture, homeware, jewellery, vinyl and everything in between including a delicious cup cake stall.

Live vintage entertainers Mickey Ramsbottom and Georgie Samuels will be on stage throughout the day. Plus, professional dance experts from Leeds are offering free workshops in Jive and Lindy as well as demonstrating their expertise to visitors.

Co-organiser Debi Silver said: “Those glamour seekers are not forgotten! Get an up-sweep or a pin-curl at the vintage hair salon, feel free to avail yourself of the dedicated social dance area situated adjacent to the Naafi which will be serving ‘proper dinners’.

“After all this excitement you may wish to chat over the tea cosy in the Promenade Lounge Vintage Tearoom where afternoon tea is available all day.”

This year the fair will feature entries for “The Great Yorkshire Bunting Knit” in aid of Martin House Children’s Hospice’s “Goodnight’s Sleep Appeal”.

Winning pennants will be on show in the foyer and all other entries can be viewed in the Grand Hall. Entry to the fair is £2.50 (OAPS £2, under 12s free).
