A CAMPAIGN to boost stock at a Scarborough charity shop is gathering pace.
Barnardo’s charity shop, in Aberdeen Walk, has held a Stock Our Stores week in a bid to increase product range at the shop and drive funds.
The final day of the campaign is tomorrow, and store manager Jenny Hirst said they have welcomed lots of new donations.
She said: “The campaign has gone well, we have had bags ready to give out, and have been encouraging people to have a clear out at home and bring in any unwanted items, from clothes to bric a brac. Collection can by arranged if necessary.”
Barnardo’s is the UK’s largest childrens charity.
