TWO women suffered minor injuries after a road traffic collision in Columbus Ravine.
The incident happened at 10.30am yesterday and involved a red Mitsubishi Colt and a silver Mercedes A150.
A spokesman from North Yorkshire Police said: “This was a rear-end shunt where the Mitsubishi ran into two parked vehicles.
“The driver and front-seat passenger were both ladies in their 70s. One was in shock and the other suffered a nosebleed.
“They were checked over at the scene and taken home.”
Columbus Ravine was also the scene of a more dramatic crash two weeks ago where a car overturned. The male driver was not seriously hurt.
