THE Proudfoot Group has approached Seamer Parish Council with a plan to enhance the village green in Seamer.
A display of these ideas will be presented in Seamer Memorial Hall on Saturday March 31 between 11am and 6pm.
All are invited not only to view the drawings but to contribute their own ideas, which may be put forward to the council.
Ian Proudfoot said: “We have been part of the Seamer community since 1947 and have watched the village green next to our store develop as an important facility for the local community.
“We believe it has great potential to be even better and become much more attractive and easier to use. We have approached the parish council with some ideas which we would be happy to undertake.”
