She is heading from Flamingo Land to Rwanda as part of a major conservation project.
Three-year-old Olmoti set off on the first stage of her journey this morning and this video shows staff at Flamingo Land having a practice attempt at getting Olmoti into the crate for her trip by road to meet three other rhino in the Czech Republic.
