Drivers need to obtain ticket on entry

RE: THE appointment of parking attendants.

While I do not support the charging of parking in an NHS hospital car park, as I believe and am sure many others agree, that it should be free, and should be an exemption from government taxation!

However, the main problem or concerns seem to be about if you are in the hospital longer than expected, and then come out to find a ticket on your car because not enough money was put in the meter, then surely there is a simple solution to this.

Follow the example of the Brunswick pavilion and have a system where you get a ticket on entry and simply pay at the meter before departure then you pay for how long you have been regardless.
