One rule for tourists and another for council staff

RE: traffic on North Bay promenade

It would seem that traffic servicing the Open Air Theatre can use the North Bay Promenade at any time of day.

While the annual chalet holders have to abide by the 10am curfew it would seem that no such rule applies to Open Air Theatre workers.

Have the council still got some responsibility for the public’s safety in this area. Surely the area between the chalets and the beach should be a safe zone.

If the promenade is to be used as a service road for the theatre surely they could abide by the council rules.
