Scarborough Athletic are 100% focused on the task in hand after clear-the-air talks at training on Thursday night.
The cards were placed on the table by joint-bosses Paul Foot and Bryan Hughes and the club's players as they came together in a bid to haul their Evo-Stik North season back on track.
Foot said: "Everyone accepts responsibility for what hasn't been a good season so far, we are dealing with it in house.
"There is no blame game here, we are all in this together.
"Everyone opened up on the night, we thought it was important to hear what the players thought and whether they understood what we are trying to do.
"A few of them are suffering from a lack of confidence and they do tend to get nervous when they are on the ball. That is something we can work on."
There has been interest in a number of Boro players over the past few weeks, but Foot has revealed that not one of them wants to leave.
He added: "We've had a lot of offers for players from other clubs, but they all want to stay with Scarborough Athletic.
"They are all right up for the fight, just like Bryan and myself."
